Robert
Fields, D.M.D., M.S.
Dr. Fields received his B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee
in 1978 and went on to complete his dental education at the University
of Florida College of Dentistry, where he earned his dental degree in
1982.
Following dental school, Dr. Fields entered the United States Naval
Service and practiced general dentistry from 1982 until 1990. During
his military service, he received several individual honors of distinction
and was presented with the Navy Achievement Medal in 1990.
After his Navy experience, Dr. Fields returned to post graduate school
for special training in orthodontics at the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill. In 1993, he earned his Masters of Science
degree and was awarded his orthodontic certificate from the University
of North Carolina.
Dr. Fields is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists,
the Southern Association of Orthodontists, the Jacksonville Dental Society,
the Clay Dental Society and the American Dental Association.
